Marina 101 is an iconic structure that will stand tall on Dubai’s skyline. Destined to become the world’s tallest hotel and furnished apartments.

The project comprises of 101 floors, rising 432 meters and covering an area of approx 1.65 million square feet.

IDENTITY DUBAI was approached by Fine & Country Real Estate to create a unique identity, a full write-up (copywriting) in addition to all required marketing materials for this high-rise tower.
